Data controller
The controller of personal data processed through the operation of this website and the contact made through it is WINPROFIL S.A., 92 Odysseos Elyti, Ano Liosia Industrial Park (VIOPA), 13671, Greece.
VAT No. 802133248 · GEMI 170619201000. Privacy questions: winprofil11@yahoo.gr · 210 247 4848.
What data we receive
The contact form does not upload or store its fields on the website. It prepares a message in the visitor’s email app. Only if the visitor chooses to send it does WINPROFIL receive the details the email contains, such as name, phone, email address, project type and message.
To operate and secure the hosting, the website infrastructure may process technical request data, such as IP address, time and browser information. The form does not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not send such information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the content of your email to answer your question or take the steps you request before a possible collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security and proper operation of the website may require limited technical processing, based on our legitimate interest in providing the service securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website has no user accounts, shopping basket, online payment or newsletter.
Providers and external links
Hosting and security services are used to run the website. If you send an email, it travels through the email app and provider you choose and then through our company email account. Only authorised staff can access the correspondence, as part of their duties.
The home page photo comes from Unsplash and is delivered in optimised form through our hosting provider, so your browser does not connect to Unsplash. Links to other websites open only when you choose them and are governed by the policies of those providers.
Retention
The form fields stay on your device and are not kept by the website. Correspondence you send is kept for as long as needed to answer and handle your request. If a collaboration follows, the related details are kept for as long as contractual and legal obligations require. They are then deleted or restricted, unless they must be kept to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Technical logs are kept according to the security periods of the hosting infrastructure.
Your rights
Where the GDPR provides, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest and exercise the right to data portability. To make a request, contact winprofil11@yahoo.gr. We will reply within the legal deadlines and may need to confirm your identity.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (opens in a new tab).
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, a window asks for your choice: “Accept” or “Essential only”. The website currently uses only the following, which are needed for it to work or to remember choices you make:
- winprofil_consent (cookie, 12 months): stores your cookie choice so the window does not reappear.
- NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, 12 months): set only when you choose a language with the EL/EN switch, so the site opens in that language.
- winprofil-a11y (local storage on your device): your accessibility tool settings, if you use them.
- winprofil-configurator-items-v1 (local storage on your device): the list you build in the configurator.
The website code does not include analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social networks. Optional cookies (e.g. statistics) would be used only after you select “Accept”; none are active today. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, and delete cookies from your browser settings.
